Returning and exchanging items
How long do I have to return an online order?
You can return an order within 14 days after receipt of the items. The shipping date is stated on the invoice.
How can I return an item?
You can return your order to the Venloophome or send it back to us by post. Attn: charges will be incurred if you return the package via PostNL, these charges are for your account!
If you want to exchange an item, for instance for a different size, and this item is in stock at the Venloophome, you can exchange the item immediately. Please inform about the stock availability beforehand.
Return and refunds
If you are not happy with the item, it can be returned within 14 days. If you paid using iDeal, the amount will be refunded to your bank account.
Applicable terms for returned items
Returned items will only be accepted if they are unworn, undamaged and as far as possible in original packaging. Items worn purely to see if they fit are not considered worn.
Can I exchange an item immediately if I return to the Venloophome?
Yes, if you want a different size, and this item is in stock at the Venloophome, you can exchange the item immediately.
Do I have to pay shipping costs if I you return items?
Yes, if you return items, the costs incurred are for your own account. The order value of the items will be refunded, excluding the shipping costs.
