The next edition of the Neptunus Walk will take place on Saturday, 25 March 2023.

Distances and registration money

Participants can choose from the following walking distances:

The Venloop Walk & Wheels is a tour for the disabled. This route is 7.5 km long. Caregivers can participate free of charge.

* All registration fees mentioned include a free water carrier.

Registration

Registration for the Neptunus Walk opens on 1 August 2022 at 00:00.

Starting times

The starting times on Saturday 25 March are:

•     Walking Marathon: 07:00 - 08:00 a.m.
•     30 km: 08:00 - 09:00 a.m.
•     20 km: 10:00 - 10:30 a.m.
•     10 km: 11.30 - 12.00 a.m.
•     Walk & Wheels: 13:00 a.m.

End time

All distances have to be over the finish at 17.00 hrs at the latest.

Venloop polo

This year it is once again possible to order the beautiful Venloop walking polo with your registration. There is a choice of a men's and a women's polo in various sizes. Shirts can be ordered as long as stocks last via the registration module or via our webshop. Once the polo shirts are delivered, they can also be purchased during office hours at the Venloop office at Koninginnesingel 14 in Venlo. 

Facts and tips Neptunus Walk

• There is sufficient time to take a break. There are a number of stops including some with catering facilities. There will also be toilet facilities at various stops.
• Various event partners will provide the walkers en route with tasty and healthy refreshments. Prepare to be surprised!
• The walk commences in the Julianapark in Venlo and ends in front of the Limburgs Museum.
• The route is signposted and travels through a varied landscape, consisting of asphalt roads, off-road sections and narrow forest paths. Come prepared and ensure you have the correct footwear.

Breakfast buffet

Just as last year, you can enjoy breakfast prior to the start of the Neptunus Walk from 6 - 11.30 am, at Ewals Cargo Care pavilion in Julianapark. The breakfast buffet costs € 7.50 and features:

• Fresh coffee/tea
• Milk
• Orange juice
• Cooked to order by our chefs: freshly baked bacon and eggs for true fans
• Assortment of white and brown bread rolls
• Assortment of white and brown sandwiches
• Variety of hard bread rolls, fresh from the oven
• Variety of meat products and cheese
• Freshly-baked croissants
• Boiled eggs
• Variety of sweet condiments
• Butter

The breakfast can be ordered during registration. The breakfast will then be automatically linked to your registration. If you have already registered for the Neptunus Walk and would still like to take part in the Venloop breakfast, or would like to take someone with you who is not walking, order your admission ticket via our webshop.
