Group registrations for the walk of 25 March 2023 will open on 1 August 2022 at 00:00 hours.
Companies and walking groups can register as a walking group for the Neptune Walk. There are two different forms for this. A form for private participants such as friends and/or family. You can find the form here when the registration is open. Companies that want to walk with a group can register using the group registration companies form.
For both forms applies that a team consists of minimum 5 and maximum 99 walkers, where participants in one team do not all have to participate in the same distance. If there are fewer than 99 participants, in principle only one team needs to be registered. After registration of the hiking group(s), the contact person will receive an access code with which the participants can be added to the hiking group.
The participation costs are equal to the costs of the regular registration for the walking tours. For each walking group € 5,- will be charged for the shipping costs of all starting packages. After closure of the registrations the entry fees of private groups will be collected by direct debit. Company subscriptions will be invoiced by invoice.
