If your order does not fit in the letter box, the package will be delivered by PostNL courier services. If you are not at home when the first delivery attempt is made, PostNL will return to offer the package again the next day. If both attempts to deliver the package to you are unsuccessful, PostNL will take your package to the closest post office. If you do not collect your delivery at this post office within three weeks, it will be returned to sender. The recipient's signature is always required to confirm delivery. Delivery costs

The following delivery/handling costs will be charged:
- Delivery via PostNL: € 3.50 per order
When completing your order, you can redirect the package to be delivered to another address. This is handy if you have ordered the article(s) as a gift, or want the package delivered to your work address.
