You have worked so hard during this Advent calendar, that today it is time for a well-deserved rest day!
Even the best athletes need a rest day now and then! Training is like stress for your body. Your body needs to recover from it. Rest days ensure that your muscles, bones and nerves have the time they need to do this.
If you don't take enough rest, you'll eventually become burnt out and you may suffer from annoying symptoms such as constant fatigue, problems sleeping and a lower resistance. We don't want that!
So sit back, relax and treat yourself to a delicious hot chocolate WITH whipped cream!
