Challenge: Train your core by planking 3x 30 seconds today. Who do you challenge?

A strong core (trunk) ensures better posture and stability. This makes running easier and you are less likely to get injured.

A good exercise to train your core is the plank position. You lean on your forearms and feet while keeping your body as stable as possible, like a plank. Make sure your back is not arched or hollow by tightening your abdominal, buttock and back muscles during the exercise. Hold the plank position for 30 seconds and do this 3 times.
